"O captain my captain, we’re standing on desks for the OG of the style, Heady Topper. Huge Chinook Incognito additions early in the boil gives crazy IBU numbers but translates as a beautiful, bright bitterness. Our secret select dry hop addition of Simcoe, Cascade, Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra and Columbus is definitely not modern but brings insane amounts of fresh citrus pith; lemon, grapefruit and orange really shining. The transition from smooth mouthfeel to lingering, clean bitterness is so surprising that it’s really an event in itself. Seeing all elements from one product alters understanding of what a hazy is, while simultaneously being somehow nostalgic.

Underneath all that bright citrus sits a full, rounded palate with flashes of tropical fruit and plenty of old-school hop character. Soft and lush up front before that clean bitterness takes over, it’s a throwback to hazy IPA before haze itself became the entire point."
