There is a strong lime fruit character to this wine. It also has flinty, stone, mineral aromas along with coriander, kaffir lime leaf and lemongrass.
The acidity is the backbone of the wine giving a straight line and chalky finish, with the lime fruit most prominent, with peach and lemon fruit flavours coming through.
