Cue – Wild Light. That welcomed embrace, that draws you in over the horizon. We wanted to create a beer to emulate that feeling. That feeling of ethereal nostalgia in one simple window of the day. Inspired by a traditional farmhouse ale, we put our own modern stone fruit twist unto it. Using a medley of sequentially pitched yeasts, we are left with a warm spiced base. An addition of Peach and Apricot  follows to create sunset in a glass. Chased with a dry finish, this mixed culture medley will take you back to your roots and out to the rolling fields. Tart, unique, lightly cloudy, and beautifully integrated, you will be chasing this Wild Light until the moon blooms. - Sunday Road.
