Our friends at Dangerous Ales love zesty citrus and the ocean tang as much as we do, so to follow up our previous collaboration Double Sunk Yuzu Salted Lager, we've brewed another lip-smacking beer together. Trade Winds is a Grapefruit Ponzu Gose made using a hand-crafted grapefruit ponzu and local sea salt from the coastline. Refreshingly bright, zesty and tangy with a subtle umami and savoury complexity. This beer tastes like a Summer breeze. - Sailors Grave
