"This is as far from a Hunter Valley Shiraz as you can get! A blend of fruit from two parcels - Broke + Pokolbin. One was direct pressed to oak, and the other went through carbonic maceration before being basket pressed to stainless steel. The result ~ a light, silky thirst-quenching chilled red, with depth and purity."
