The texture is where it really shines - built for sipping, savouring, and maybe thinking a little too. Bottled after just two months in neutral oak, it’s fresh, wild, and undeniably intriguing.

Like all Poppelvej wines, it’s low-intervention but thoughtfully made, with just enough sulphur to keep things tidy. The result? A wine that’s bright, textured, and a little bit rebellious."
