Ethereal Wave is a ultra-modern DIPA using cutting-edge ingredients and techniques - the summation of years of R&D on our end. A key component bearing trialled is Phantasm powder, made from NZ Sav Blanc Grape skins that are rich in the type of thinly precursors that lend big hits of vinous, stonefruit, and tropical notes. In combination with a thoil-active yeast strain, the freshest Nelson Sauvin, Wai-it's, Citra and Mosaic hops we could find and a spin through our clean fusion dry hopping process, we've got an expressive yet totally soft DIPA that we reckon is truely unique. - One Drop
