Softly hopped and backed up by a clean, simple malt bill made traditionally with the addition of over 40% corn. ¡Arriba!! Brewed in honour of our biggest and most consistant patron, Ian, who dons our taproom at high noon the same day every week. Rain, cold, wind, or covid he's here. (with clean hands of course!)
