With our ability to strip back the water we use in our lagers to the pure H20 molecule, we are able to build up the water profile then and match it to anywhere in the world. This summer we will transport ourselves to sunny Croatia by matching the same water profile you would find from natural springs in Gorica Svetojanska, Croatia.
Influenced by the brewing techniques of Central Europe and the vibrancy of the Mediterranean, expect a balanced, slightly sweet maltiness with a robust continental hop character, and a vibrant long-lasting finish. - One Drop
