Nero D'Avola x Chardonnay 

"A French white married to an Italian red? Sounds exotic. A full bodied white and a juicy red? Sounds intense.. maybe too much?

It turns out the sum of these parts is a party in your mouth. Sure there's plenty of breadth and texture - but that's not a bad thing, in fact it makes this a fantastic food wine. There's also an amazing density and complexity of fruit flavours: the peachy Chardonnay and raspberry and sweet cherry of the Nero d'Avola come together in jubey harmony. There are hints of fruit pastille and subtle tropical fruit salad vibes, with enough underlying citrus and brioche aromas to balance things out and keep it fun until the very last glass.

We love how versatile these chilled red wines are (I mean sure you could even drink them at room temperature!). But when chilled as intended they are a great wine for a cheeky glass in the sun, a charcuterie board with your mates under the shade of a coolabah tree, or a little tipple on the beach at sunset."
