Strawberry tops, crushed violets and a carbonic bluefruit lift, with fresh earth, truffles and a fresh thyme spice. Pomegranate and watermelon juice, soft tannins and a frisky, juicy acidity. Serve cool with Yo La Tengo's Fade. Grown by Con in Yarra Glen. Hand harvested at 12.8 Baume on the 17th of March. A blend of de-stemmed and carbonic maceration treatments. Wild Yeast fermentation. Pressed to old 225L French Oak Barriques for 6 month elevage. - Musical Folk
