We included a fair proportion of whole bunches into ours and as most of our fruit is pressed very lightly anyway and so has a lot left to give. It has resulted in quite a “full’ and reasonably (by Piquette standards) complex drink that does not lack any interest. It sits at about 5.7 % Alcohol so has enough substance to stand tall with Pet-Nats while still being very refreshing because of the low alcohol - Momento Mori
