We co-fermented some strawberry purée with a pop of raspberry purée and some pillowy soft wort that had heaps of rolled oats. The use of pale malt makes for a soft, hazy body to balance the lactic acid and fruit flavours. Outrageous strawberry vibes on the nose, with the tartness of the raspberry coming through on the palate. - Loophole
