We have saved you the trouble of wandering the markets looking for fresh peaches & apricots.  We've co-fermented soft wort that had heaps of rolled oats and added loads of fruit.  The use of pale malt makes for a soft, hazy body to balance the lactic acid and fruit flavours.  Enjoy our little bit of summer in a can. - Loophole
