Along with our house yeast, Pineapple Citray Sour is naturally soured using our own unique strain of lactobacillus – a strain we caught wild in our brewery and have maintained a culture of since 2016. This wild culture gives Citray Sour an unmistakably natural and easy-going character.

Pineapple Citray Sour is fermented along with real oranges and fresh pineapple.
