Sauvignon Blanc 50%, Arneis 28%, Chenin Blanc 14% and Shiraz 8%. First made in 2013, this wine is a composition of the pressings from three of the vineyard’s wines in 2022. The Chenin component is fermented in a combination of tank and barrel. The Sauvignon Blanc component is pressed directly to tank, as is the Arneis. Finally, the Shiraz is carbonically macerated in tank and then pressed to barrel. - Jauma
