Fresh Cut Violet, Blackberry, Blackcurrant Leaf

Grown by Chalmers Vineyard in Heathcote, the Apricity Mataro saw whole berry carbonic maceration for 11 days, was fermented with indigenous yeasts and left on lees in old French oak for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites.
