Brewed using a very light malt base, we then delicately hopped this one in the kettle with German Huell Melon and Tassie grown Enigma to produce a nice crisp style beer. That’s when we amped it up with British Verdant yeast and a good double dose of Citra and HBC630 during active fermentation and during conditioning producing this easy as, crispy, hoppy new world style pale. - Goodland
