Wet hopped with freshly hand picked Centennial from Hudson hops grown in South Gippsland. These went into the bright tank at just over 20g/L. We have used a technique where we froze the fresh hops within a few hrs of picking with pure liquid nitrogen. What this does is allows us to fracture the flower instantly before getting it in tank so we can get access to all the good oils we need to extract. The Centinnal is absolutely beautifully delicate in this one adding a kinda of freshly mowed grassy aroma sprinkled with a touch of lime and fresh cucumber. - Good Land
