The Drinking Wine Red boasts a flavourful fusion of Shiraz (70%), Pinot Noir (21%), and equal parts (4.5%) Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced from the organically farmed Lecco Vineyard in Mount Barker, as well as the Crystal Brook Vineyard for Pinot Noir and L’enclos du Tertre site in Frankland River for Malbec. Syrah and Pinot Noir are picked early for freshness and natural acidity, then immediately presses them for fermentation. Briefly steeped on the Malbec skins before being blended together. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. Chilled red meets Rosé!
