"From Alcamo, Sicily, this Catarratto comes from chalky soils and shows gentle aromas of pear and green apple with a clear stony edge. Light-bodied and fresh, with lively acidity and a clean finish, it offers a straightforward expression of its region.

The grapes are manually harvested and gently pressed, then ferment in stainless steel for 15 to 20 days, keeping the focus on fruit. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally, adding a subtle softness, and the wine is aged for six months in stainless steel to preserve lift and vibrancy. It is bottled without filtration or fining."
