"It wouldn’t be a Bracket Birthday Release without a massive Triple IPA, so this is it!

We were not set on specific hops for this one, but Strata & Nelson have become a bit of a brewery favourite hop combo on the recent and it made sense to build the birthday TIPA around them. The result is big juicy pineapple up front followed by a touch of passionfruit and sweet tropical fruit with a hint of dankness and enough IBU’s to balance the huge base beer.
