Cali IPA Hopped with Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, YCH702 & Cascade. Probably our favourite style of beer to brew and drink of late. The Cali IPA shows all the awesome characteristics of a West Coast IPA but takes elements from our cleaner lager style beers using a light malt base of mostly pilsner malt, a more layered hopping approach & an extremely clean finish. Hoppy, citrus driven & super crisp. - Banks
