This Double IPA has been brewed to celebrate the heady heights of the IBU arms race when clean and hoppy beers reached their logical conclusion. Brewed with a classic combination of Cryo Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Centennial hops this beer delivers a massive, oily and resinous hop hit backed up by a huge and assertive bitterness that lingers on the palate. This bitterness is supported by a rounded malt character and enhanced by the caramelisation of a 2 hour boil. - Small Gods
