Side Step is a double dry-hopped Hazy IPA loaded with Citra LUPOMAX, Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy, Citra, and Motueka. Bright milky haze in the glass, we instantly had a tonne of overripe tropical and a big hit of dank jumping out at us. Mango, pine-lime splice, and some big breakfast juice vibes dance around your palate. To compliment the joose, a candied citrus bitterness hits late in the piece to wrap things up perfectly.
