Westside Bounce is a new Cali IPA brewed with our pals Trev and Kyle from South O Brewing in San Diego, USA. We’ve teamed up to create a post-modern classic from their neighborhood. A super simple and lean malt base allows for double additions of Simcoe CRYO®, our hand-selected Nelson Sauvin, and HBC 394 cv to pop! Brewed with a neutral, high-attenuating yeast strain, this crisp, easy-sipping, and bright IPA keeps the hops tight and your head bouncing along just right.
