Also, with the power of beer & friendship, we were able to supercharge this DIPA by utilising a thiol-activate yeast strain in conjunction with an Australian exclusive shipment of thiol-precursor-infused Super Sauvin™, a blend of fresh Nelson Sauvin and Phantasm, direct from NZ.
