The unique terroir of the Garston Hops farm in Southland, New Zealand – mineral rich soil created by the glaciers and rivers, colder nights, hot days and extra daylight – leads to extremely flavourful hops. Here we’ve paired Nelson Sauvin with Mosaic, redefined with the nuanced difference and distinctive sensory attributes of Garston Hops. Mango, apricot, pineapple and passionfruit characteristics are lifted by refreshing citrus notes.
