We've brewed a classic West Coast style Pale Ale, using modern NZ hops, including Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Dry hopped with NZ Cascade and "amplified" with Amplifire™ hop oils, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.
