With our ability to strip back the water we use in our lagers to the pure H20 molecule, we can build up the water profile matching the exact ratios of salts and minerals to any unique water profile in the world. This Spring we will transport ourselves to tropical Jamacia mon by matching the same water profile you would find from surface water sources near Kingston like the Rio Cobre River and the Yallahs Rivers. Influenced by the continental brewing techniques exported to, and then reimagined in the Caribbean, expect this LoDo Caribbean Lager to have an easy-drinking profile, a slightly dry maltiness, and a subtle yet clean hop character. -One Drop
