This beer is made up of aged farmhouse ale that was added to barrels with fresh plums from 2021 and second use plums from 2020. It was left to age and re-ferment in barrels for 9 months before being bottle conditioned for your enjoyment. Jammy aromas and piquant tannins are joined by a gentle acidity and layers of spice. - Molly Rose.
