Canopy features some exceptional later harvest Cashmere, which delivers pure fruit notes rather than the grassy citrus you get from earlier harvests. When we say 'fruit,' we mean an indiscriminate, but tasty medley of stone fruit, red fruits, and gummy lollies. We then paired it with Peacharine to really push the stone fruit character home and early harvest Motueka to layer in bright, zesty citrus.
