"A pale sour beer fermented with wild, mixed cultures and barrel aged for up to two years. In this edition we put fruit vs hop, we refermented this beer with Satsuma Miho mandarins and finally dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops creating a sour, juicy, wild and complex beer."
