"Grown on the granitic slopes of Mt Alexander in the cooler southern hills of Bendigo, the Apricity Pinot Noir saw 50% whole bunch carbonic maceration for 12 days, fermented with indigenous yeasts and left on lees in old French oak for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites."
