MDI call the blend PFM, a regional blend of Picolit, Friulano and Malvasia from our two growers Chalmers and Pasut, with inspiration from where these varieties first excelled. Smells of grilled hazelnuts, sunflower, spice from the skins exhibit as cumin, coriander and then the sweet smell of creamy lees and toasty oak sizzling butter. - MDI
