We started off with a clean malt base so that the caramel malts can shine through then threw little roasted malt in there which adds to the notes of brown sugar and dried dark fruits. Then wet hopped at around 35g/ fresh Cascade & Chinook. This one had double the contact time than the lager at around 3 and a half days. These Gippsland grown hops are complement the dried dark fruit flavours of the Barely wine with hints of Bubblegum, super fresh spicy green grass and a touch of peach. - Good Land
