Pinot Gris 2025'
Basket Ranges, SA
“Close your eyes and feel the first warmth of spring call to the flowers and enliven your senses to the hum of delicate perfume gliding through the air as a bumble bee dances in the sweet scents. Awaken, and watch the enchantment through your picnic glass of wine capturing rays of sunlight and the interplay of, reflection, refraction, and caustics as her complex lens and mirroring is bending, splitting, and projecting light like a disco ball of excitement that awaits you..... Ooooh! So heavenly too sip. Mmmm! Did I just drink from the spring of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Oh la la!...Captivate me” - Lucy Margaux
Drink it in the afternoon sunshine.

Four Seasons Spring 2026
Quadruple IPA 12.5%
Four Seasons is an ongoing project that evolves year on year, defined by a four-part series of seasonal releases that each express the time of year. 2026 is a year of ‘firsts’, every release to feature something that’s never been attempted at Hawkers.
This is the first Quadruple IPA they’ve ever done.
The warm, gentle touch of Spring shall be punctuated with an unforgiving backhand of 12.5%, with a lineup of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Southern Cross and Cascade Cryo for lovely fresh Spring aromatics.
OOOFT!
